OUR PROCESS
1 - INQUIRY
The first step in the custom ring process is sending our customer service team an inquiry. You will then be assigned your own personal ring specialist who will reach out to you via their personal work email, so be sure to check your spam! Your specialist will gather information from you about your style, preferences and budget.
2 - DESIGN
Now it's time to design! Narrowing down your options, and reviewing quotes together, you will then give the Yes, or No, to which design and quote best suits your needs, and then we will move forward with CAD renderings for you to watch your design come to life!
3 - APPROVAL
From here you'll be able to see your ring from every angle, as well as all its dimensions; you can be as detail oriented as you want, we want it perfect for YOU! Don't be afraid to make changes, but if you love it right away, that's great too! Once you're perfectly happy, a deposit will be made.
4 - PRODUCTION
You did it! You designed your Perfect Ring! And now it's time for Production! From here we will begin building your ring which will typically take us 8-weeks to complete, but it's a good idea to prepare for a possible 10-week delivery as we do on rare occasions have delays with our Custom Gold Casting.
5 - SHIPMENT
As soon as your ring has finished the production process, you will be sent photos and videos by your Ring Specialist for one last approval, and to go over Warranty Care options. From here will be asking for your final payment and then your ring will be sent to you via Fedex, which is insured for your peace of mind, to your preferred location.
