Included Manufacturer's Warranty Care Plan

Yes! We now offer Free 1 Year Warranty Care against manufacturer defects on all engagement rings, wedding bands, and other fine jewelry items. Shipping costs included.

New rings receive one re-sizing within 60 days of receipt. Details can be found in our FAQ section.

Warranty Eligibility:

Please be sure the ring, gemstone, and/or diamond have not been exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions and chemicals.
An abused, altered, or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for a repair within warranty.
The ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not-transferable.

Note: As each piece is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, slight variations in color are to be expected and are not viewed as a defect.

Optional Extended Warranty Care Plan

due to the low durability of Moonstone and moss agate, these gems will not be applicable for extended warranty on replacing or refreshing cracked or chipped gems.

Repairs on broken, bent, and worn prongs.

Loss of stones due to a defective setting.

Cracked or thinning band or shank.

Replacing or refreshing cracked or chipped gems.

Natural Gems are unique, and identical replacements may not be possible.

Contact S&F Customer Service info@stagandfinch.com to request your repair.
We'll process your claim and send a FedEx shipping label.
Package your jewelry and ship to us.
We'll return your jewelry as good as new.

No regular inspections required.
In store or distance service via FedEx.
No additional costs.
Free Shipping within North America (shipping rates may apply to international orders).
Unrepairable items will be replaced with equivalent purchase value.
Any item that has been altered or resized by a jeweler outside of Stag & Finch will not be eligible for Manufacturer's Warranty.
