Bryan is a well-known precision gemstone cutter in the gem world. He cuts and inspects each of our gems to ensure top quality and maximum brilliance.
He is also currently finishing up his gemology diploma.

Co-Owner, Operations Manager
Melanie is the heart of our business operations.
She currently manages all shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, and staffing within Stag & Finch.

Stephanie Penner
Creative Director, Photographer
Stephanie has many years of photography experience with wedding, lifestyle, and product photos.
She has an eye for design and helps coordinate our overall brand identity.

Julia Blais
Marketing Coordinator, Web Specialist
Julia coordinates and creates our marketing content for our social media platforms.She also designs and updates our website to showcase our custom rings, jewellery, and gems.

Administrative & Media Assistant
Anna is our newest team member! She handles all of our inventory, shipping, and reception. She also helps with our photos and videos for our customers.

Factory Assistant & Gem Cutter
Eric is our gem cutter in training and our "Mr. Fix-it"! He helps Bryan with the factory and is quickly learning to be great at gem cutting. He's a great addition to our team and always down for a good laugh!
