DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?

No, we aren't an accredited insurance company, but affordable and comprehensive coverage can be purchased separately through Jeweler's Mutual.

We work with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group to offer replacement jewelry insurance on STAG AND FINCH purchases. If your jewelry gets lost, stolen, damaged or just mysteriously disappears, they've got you covered. Available for US and Canada (excluding Quebec) only.

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE APPRAISALS?

No, however, we can provide a copy of your sales receipt as well as all pertinent information on your jewelry piece.

IS THERE WARRANTY WITH MY PURCHASE?

Yes, please see our Warranty Care Plan. We offer both a 3 year plan as well as a 20 year plan. 

Should you wish to change your plan from 3 years to 20 years, the difference would be applied to your purchase date.
