When will my credit card be charged?

Usually about 3 days to show up on account. But plan a lie in case she spots the charge and you want it to be a surprise!

 

Is there sales tax?

Only in Canada. International orders will have local taxes applied at the port of entry to your country.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card payment options for all of our customers. We also can accept e-transfer within Canada.

Why aren’t your gems priced per ct weight?

We don’t want to cut for max weight, but optimal beauty, which is why we price them by dimensions. Typically commercial gemstones are cut for max weight retention which creates a more expensive stone.

 

Why are your prices so cheap compared to other larger vendors?

No middle-men, cutting raw material in house, we have a lower margin for mark-up on the brand name (such as Tiffanys or Rolex)

 

I feel like I should be spending more on an engagement ring. Am I spending enough?

Spend what is responsible for your level of income. We don’t want to pressure you into spending more money than you can afford, we can work with you to fit almost every budget. Please don’t hesitate to ask for advice on substitutions or options to make your ring more affordable.

 

Will my quote expire?

We honor all setting quotes given up to 30 days. The price of gold fluctuates drastically, but we want you to have enough time to decide if your purchase will be perfect for you.

 

Do you offer discounts?

10% off for Canadian Military and Students with valid ID. This discount cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount.

Can I purchase the monthly sale gem and then design?

Of course! To guarantee your sale price, we require the gem to be purchased within the sale month. We can hold your gem for up to 30 days while you design your perfect setting.
